Prayer Requests/Submit Testimonies 


In Dr. Joshua’s Daily Devotional for Day #5, an update for upcoming church activities is described briefly. After reviewing the previous devotion, Dr. Joshua gives us a few scriptures we can use in our confession and study. Below is a list of those scriptures and additional scriptures that specifically address fear:

 

Deuteronomy 31:8 (ESV)
“‘It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.’”

2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)
“…for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

1 John 4:18 (ESV)
“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.”
