Prepare & Enrich Program
Welcome to Zoe Christian Fellowship of Whittier page for pre-marital counseling. This page is intended for couples who have already DECIDED to get married and are wanting Bishop Ed Smith or any ZCF of Whittier minister to officiate their ceremony.
The Prepare and Enrich Program is an 8- week program we utilize that will help you discover and solidify your core values, help you understand the known major issues in marriage and how to overcome them, how to communicate effectively with your spouse and set you on a path that will help you create and achieve the marriage you desire.
Our counselors have been trained, certified and are well established in the concepts and tools of the program. At the end of the 8-weeks if you stay committed to the process, you will be well on your way to establishing not only the marriage you desire but how to apply what you have learned to improve other relationships.
We believe that getting married is more than a contract, it is a Godly covenant! Regardless of the size of your wedding be it a private exchange of vows with you and a few in Bishop Ed’s office or a small ceremony in the Fireside Room to a full-blown affair that fills the Sanctuary, yes even at an off-site venue it is important that you have the blessing of your spiritual father. Allowing the impartation of a blessing on your marriage sets you on a course toward success and helps you remember that God is for you not against you and will never leave you or forsake you!
Please feel free to explore the Prepare and Enrich website to help you determine if this program is for you.
